Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Seattle. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
