Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Seattle plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
