Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Hollow Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
