Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
