Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 590 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
