Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
