Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
