Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
