Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Savannah, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
