Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Thistle Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
