Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Savannah, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
