Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Technologies supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
