Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Savannah with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
