Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Savannah, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 372 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
