Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Mill Facilities is a facilities company in San Jose with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
