Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Pine Markets is a San Jose retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
