Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

Bright Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 444 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
