Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
