Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Property Management and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
