Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
