Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management Group is a San Diego property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
