Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around San Antonio, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
