Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Ember Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
