Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
