Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
