Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
