Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
