Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
