Westbrook Kestrel Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
