Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
