Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Summit Logistics and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system.
