Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Loom Manufacturing is a Salt Lake City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
