Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
