Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Basin Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
