Summit Pine Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 878 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions.
