Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Cross Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
