Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
