Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Harbor Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
