Harborlight Construction Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 387 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system.
