Rivermark Wren Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
