Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove River Pharma develops and makes medicines in Sacramento, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
