Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
