Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
