Silverline Haven Construction Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules.
