Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Richmond with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
