Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Reno region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
