Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Reno with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Reno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
