Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Silverline Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Reno region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Reno. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
