Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Reno region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
