Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Glen Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
